Very good service. Staff was very Professional and friendly as always.

Each time I have gone to Honest 1, they have always address me by my first name and treated me like family! They have always been honest with me and made me feel comfortable! I would recommend them to ANYONE in need of a mechanic!

Matt, Tara and Bill gave understanding customer service. Matt diagnosed the problem with my car, researched to find that there was a warranty issue that has to be corrected by the manufacturer. I trust them to tell me the truth about what needs to be done, and this is rare in automobile repair shops!

As always, Honest 1 took care of my car. Apparently they had some staff come in late, or not at all as they seems short staffed. Didn't have a shuttle available which is unusual.

The fastest, friendliest service I've received in years. I should have left the dealer service trap long ago! I paid EXACTLY what was promised and the Jeep drives like new again. And the ride back to my house was a nice touch!!

The attendant at the service desk was very courteous and helpful. Waiting area was comfortable. I had the opportunity to discuss some technical issues with service technician, Steven, who, although was rather busy, took the time to explain the concerns and questions I had. Being an old "shade-tree mechanic", I like to inspect the work that is done on my cars. As far as I could tell, his work was exemplary.
