Each time I have gone to Honest 1, they have always address me by my first name and treated me like family! They have always been honest with me and made me feel comfortable! I would recommend them to ANYONE in need of a mechanic!

Matt, Tara and Bill gave understanding customer service. Matt diagnosed the problem with my car, researched to find that there was a warranty issue that has to be corrected by the manufacturer. I trust them to tell me the truth about what needs to be done, and this is rare in automobile repair shops!

As always, Honest 1 took care of my car. Apparently they had some staff come in late, or not at all as they seems short staffed. Didn't have a shuttle available which is unusual.

Hi Gail - thanks for the feedback! We were a little short staffed that day. Sent another one of our technicians to get the GA Clean Air Force Emissions certification. Its a 2-day training class so it does impact us when we send someone. As for the shuttle - it should always be available so I'll look into that comment. We can always find someone to give a customer a ride even if we're short-staffed. Thanks again for the feedback and we appreciate your business!

The fastest, friendliest service I've received in years. I should have left the dealer service trap long ago! I paid EXACTLY what was promised and the Jeep drives like new again. And the ride back to my house was a nice touch!!

Honest-1 did a complete brake job on my car and they did an amazing job. I will be using them again in the future.
