Matt, Tara and Bill gave understanding customer service. Matt diagnosed the problem with my car, researched to find that there was a warranty issue that has to be corrected by the manufacturer. I trust them to tell me the truth about what needs to be done, and this is rare in automobile repair shops!

The fastest, friendliest service I've received in years. I should have left the dealer service trap long ago! I paid EXACTLY what was promised and the Jeep drives like new again. And the ride back to my house was a nice touch!!

I had the opportunity to discuss some technical issues with service technician, Steven, who, although was rather busy, took the time to explain the concerns and questions I had. Being an old "shade-tree mechanic", I like to inspect the work that is done on my cars. As far as I could tell, his work was exemplary.
