East Cobb Auto Repair

I moved to the Marietta area in June 2016. I have noticed the Honest 1 shop as I go to the Post Office near bye. I was having a problem with a non operational "check engine light" and decided decided to stop in for the repair. The check-in was quick, waiting area was comfortable and they got my truck into a technician very quickly as I was really a late walk in with no appointment. I was very pleased and for my first visit this was a five star event. I plan to continue coming for my repair needs.

The customer service reps are very knowledgeable and courteous, and they also provide a shuttle service when you drop your car. I've used them several times and have been happy.

I went by our neighborhood reviews of service companies and Honest - 1 had numerous positive reviews. I decided to try them and I was not disappointed. I am excited that I now have a company that cares (Matt) and does a great job servicing my vehicle.

Honest in your name is true and what I look for most in the day and age in which we live where honesty is not always found. Your colleagues and employees are always courteous and explain details to me, which is appreciated. My only wish is that you had more locations across the US so when I travel out of town and needed help, I could find you there. Thanks for all your help.
